The perfect summer OTS shirt dress

I'm officially obsessed with this Forever21 off-the-shoulder striped shirt dress - I've literally worn it all weekend. The great thing is that although it's a summer dress, it can easily be worn with a cute leather or jean jacket for cooler weather (as it's been around 60 degrees here in San Francisco).

The little bow in the front totally makes the dress for me - it accentuates the waist and just looks super cute, as does the cutout in the back. I loved pairing the dress with simple mules, but it would also look super cute with sandals for warmer weather.
