Hotel Review: Kimpton's Hotel Vintage, Portland

IMG_8328.JPG

We recently visited Portland and stayed at the gorgeous Kimpton Hotel Vintage in downtown. The hotel was perfectly situated near restaurants and shopping, a few blocks from the water and bridge views, and directly on the path of the Rose Festival which we accidentally ran into on our first night in Portland!

We had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms - the Sky Loft room with huge tilted windows and downtown skyscraper views, and the Urban Soak room with a private balcony and hot tub. We absolutely loved both of the rooms - the skylights provided amazing lighting and a perfect reading nook, and the outdoor private hot tub was obviously a favorite.

The hotel also offered beautifully designed spaces all over with dark wood and deep purple velvet, a game room, live music, a nightly wine social hour, and complimentary bikes for guests. We easily walked 9 miles in the area just wandering the streets, finding the infamous Portland sign amongst other beautiful landmarks. The Pearl District, which is one of my favorite parts of Portland, is also just around the corner.

I love every Kimpton I've stayed at, and Hotel Vintage in Portland is no exception! Look out for a full city guide coming soon to the blog.
